    I did not receive my order confirmation email?

    If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@berkeleywellnessalerts.com and we will confirm that your order was placed correctly and send you any necessary information or links.

    I am having trouble downloading a Digital book (PDF)?

    Please contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@berkeleywellnessalerts.com and we can assist you with this process.

    I have not received the book I ordered?

    Shipping can take 4 to 6 weeks to receive. If it has been longer than 6 weeks, please email our shipping department at WellnessReports@emailcustomerservice.com.

    I would like to return a book?

    If you received a book to preview for 30 days and now wish to return it, use the link below to print out a return label:

    I would like to request a refund on a digital product?

    If you would like to update your mailing address for a new subscription or would like to change or correct your mailing address on a recent order, please contact us at WellnessReports@emailcustomerservice.com.

    I am having trouble unsubscribing from the Wellness Alerts?

    Just send us an email at customerservice@berkeleywellnessalerts.com from the address that you would like to unsubscribe with the subject "Unsubscribe." It may take up to 3 business days to fully remove you from our email lists.

    I have not received my refund/ I have a billing Question?
