    If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at wellnesspubs@strategicfulfillment.com and we will confirm that your order was placed correctly and send you any necessary information or links.

    I am having trouble downloading a Digital book (PDF)?

    I have not received the book I ordered?
    Shipping can take 4 to 6 weeks to receive. If it has been longer than 6 weeks, please email our shipping department at wellnesspubs@strategicfulfillment.com.

    I would like to return a book?

    I would like to request a refund on a digital product?

    I am having trouble unsubscribing from the Wellness Alerts?
    Just send us an email at customerservice@BerkeleyWellnessAlerts.com from the address that you would like to unsubscribe with the subject “Unsubscribe.” It may take up to 3 business days to fully remove you from our email lists.
